About Me

I have over 4 years in the Graphic Design Industry, and a Bacheler's in Graphic Information Technology. While I am skilled in most fields of Graphic Design (print, digital, web, CAD), my passion lies primarily with print. Bringing media into the physical world, where is can impact all five of our senses will forever astound me. I especially enjoy bending the rules of printed media, by doing things such as transferring print to wood (see Mini Portfolio), 3D printed marketing (see Box Resume and The Westing Game Vase), and Minimalistic Design (see Minimalist Posters). It is these types of out-of-the-box designs that drive my passion for Marketing and the world of Design.

In addition to my professional designing, I am also a Cosplayer. For those that do not know, cosplaying is an art that is most often expressed at Comic Conventions (Comicon), a type of event that is growing quickly in popularity, where people dress up are characters from pop culture. We have done characters from Firefly, The Legend of Zelda, and Mario Kart, and received very positive praise for each one. I am the leader of our cosplay group, and, therefore, organize and help develop each person's costumes, and the props for each costume. This means that my skills are not only in the design medias, but others as well (such as wood and metal working).

I do not shy away from new experiences, I welcome the challenge.. Each project, no matter what field, brings on the chance to learn new skills, and to learn from our successes and our failures. The trick is to not let the latter prevent you from the former.
